Ex vivo studies presented by Dr. Michael Straub.

Dr. Michael Straub, a leading expert in endourology, presented Dymium's ex vivo study results at the Technology and Training in Endourology conference in Turin.

A feasibility study performed on a porcine cadaver demonstrated the ability of a small magnet to effectively extract stone fragments, which have been rendered magnetizeable with FerroCoat. Dr. Michael Straub, Dr. Thomas Amiel and the Dymium team conducted the study in a complete surgical setting.

This research highlights the potential of using magnetic separation technology for kidney stone extraction. The study set the pathway to in vivo animal trials.
